Who can apply?
All companies in Wallonia and Brussels with fewer than 5 full-time equivalents (FTEs) wishing to take stock of their current business model and consider possible areas for improvement, regardless of sector.
What’s on offer?
Support is provided in three phases:
- Phase 1: contextualisation and situation analysis of the business
- Phase 2: identification of profitable opportunities and concrete solutions
- Phase 3: implementation of the recommendations within the company
