Living Labs Circular Economy Project Call 2025

Are you an SME involved in a Living Lab or related project? Do you have a complementary idea that could accelerate your transition to a circular economy? Then the Living Labs Circular Economy Project Call is just the thing for you.

This project call aims to support practical actions that could not yet be implemented within an existing Living Lab. These actions may include field-testing a solution, involving a new link in the value chain, or improving an existing process to facilitate a scale-up.

Who Can Apply?

Consortia of at least two complementary partners who:

  • cover a complete or coherent value chain;
  • are connected to an existing Living Lab.

Funding

  • Up to 200,000 euros per project
  • Up to 500,000 euros if several Living Labs collaborate

Key Dates

  • 5 June 2025 at 10:00 a.m.: information session (registration required)
  • 30 June 2025 at 10:00 a.m.: submission of pre-application deadline
  • Week of 7 July: pitches
  • 15 September 2025 at 11:59 p.m. – final application deadline
