Support for Sustainable and Circular Innovations
Crossroads promotes cooperation between SMESmall and medium-sized enterprisess to accelerate the development of innovative and sustainable solutions. This call for projects specifically targets companies integrating circular economyThe circular economy is a restorative and regenerative economy. By maintaining the value of the products, materials and resources in the economy through smart product design, repurposing and/or shared use of products, it reduces the extraction of natural resources by using resources already present in the economy. principles into their business activities. Your project may focus on eco-design, material and process optimisation, or the development of circular business models.
The goal? To experiment with concrete solutions that reduce the environmental impact of your economic activities while strengthening your competitiveness. To be eligible, your innovation must have already been tested in a relevant environment. Did you achieve a good score? Then your innovation is ready for further optimisation before commercialisation.
Who Can Apply?
The call is open to SMEs located in the following regions:
- Wallonia: Hainaut, Namur, and Luxembourg provinces
- Flanders: West Flanders and the districts of Ghent and Oudenaarde
- France: Marne and Ardennes departments
Projects must involve at least two SMEs, with one of each country. Additionally, neither company must be facing financial difficulties. Finally, the project cannot last more than two years.

Applications must be submitted by 25 April 2025 at 12:00 pm via email, including a complete application file. The Crossroads websites provides all the required documents
