The CIRCO workshops provide practical support to SMEs, helping them turn today’s economic challenges into circular opportunities. Organised by Agoria, Aklo, and Sirris, the workshops will be held over three sessions on 3, 17 and 24 October 2025.

Three Days to Transform Your Model

The programme is structured in three steps:

  • 3 October: identify your opportunities through value chain mapping and define your ambitions.
  • 17 October: develop your new value proposition and explore product redesign needs.
  • 24 October: draw up your action plan and set out a concrete roadmap and pitch.
